The most popular Support / Ticket System in use on the internet is Kayako Support Suite, eSupport, and LiveResponse.
MySiteGroup uses Kayako for it's Ticket System and email processing.
We have developed custom modifications for Kayako, including a full featured billing system that is much more useful than the default Kayako billing system, called KayakoBill.
